Anyone will tell you that making healthy meals is a huge task—and they’re not wrong. But something I’ve learned? Planning makes all the difference. Like, a lot. So here you go: a simple, no-stress meal plan made for the busy Jewish mom. You can keep things fresh by changing the recipe from week to week but still using the same protein base (ie. chicken, beef, ground meat…)
