Welcome to Healthy Kosher Kitchen!

Hi! I’m Shulie — a busy working mom of five (bli ayin hara), passionate home cook, and believer that healthy food should be full of flavor, joy, and tradition.

I started Healthy Kosher Kitchen after getting diagnosed with diabetes—a wake-up call that pushed me to finally take my eating habits seriously. I knew I had to make big changes, but I didn’t want to give up on the flavors, culture, and warmth that food brings to our Jewish home.

That’s where this blog comes in. I share simple, Whole30-inspired, kosher, grain-free, sugar-free meals that actually keep me full, balanced, and happy. You’ll find Shabbat-friendly recipes, healthy comfort food makeovers, and tips for keeping things realistic when life gets busy (because… when is life not busy?).

I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist—just a regular mom trying to take care of her health while feeding a hungry crew. My hope is that you find encouragement, doable ideas, and maybe even a few new favorites here in my kitchen.

Thanks for stopping by!
