Breakfast– can of tuna and 2 carrots
Lunch– 3 eggs and cucumber salad with sauerkraut and seed crackers
Dinner– chicken salad

Breakfast– Green Goodness Eggs
Lunch– Lemon Pepper Tuna with green beans
Dinner– Veggie potato soup with chicken
Wednesday, July 2nd
Breakfast– 3 eggs cut veg
Lunch– celery and grape chicken salad with cut veg
Dinner– wedding
Thursday, July3rd
Breakfast– Roaring Red Eggs
Lunch– 3 veggie turkey patties with a cucumber and carrot
Lunch– 1 slice whole grain sourdough bread, a piece of salmon, diabetes friendly chulent with cauliflower rice. charoset cookie for dessert.
Dinner– Salmon and salad
Sunday, July 6th
Breakfast– Banana Chia Pudding, Broccoli eggs
Lunch– Salmon and salad
Dinner– Root Vegetable Chulent
That’s a wrap on this week! Some meals were planned, others were spontaneous, but overall, I’m proud of keeping things Whole30-friendly, balanced, and mostly home-cooked—even with a wedding and Shabbat in the mix.
