Hi Everyone,
This week was a tough one, I won’t lie. Between back-to-back trips, lots of meals eaten out of the house, and the general chaos of life, I felt super uninspired in the kitchen. Cooking didn’t excite me, and planning felt like too much. Add some stress into the mix, and next thing you know—I was reaching for keto cookies more often than I’d like to admit. Some weeks are full of fresh meals, creative ideas, and a sense of balance. This wasn’t one of those weeks—but that’s okay. Life happens, and food doesn’t have to be perfect to be nourishing. I’ve had my share of stress-eating and convenience meals, but I’m choosing to give myself grace and reset with intention. Here’s to finding my rhythm again in the week ahead.
