Hi Everyone!
Here’s another week of clean eating! Let’s take a quick look at what I ate this week while still being grain-free, legume-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and seed oil-free. I hope this inspires you to eat clean!
Monday, July 14
- Breakfast: Zucchini and onion scrambled eggs
- Lunch: Salad- lettuce, sweet potato, chicken, slivered almonds and ranch dressing

- Dinner: Meat patties and turkey patties with cauliflower chummus

Tuesday, July 15
- Breakfast: 2 medium jars of chia pudding
- Lunch: spiced tuna steak with green beans

- Dinner: coconut cilantro lime beef with broccoli

- Snack: green beans with vegan (pareve) cheesy sauce and a nectarine
Wednesday, July 16
- Breakfast: Roaring Red Eggs with tomato sauce

- Lunch: (Ate out) Salad with 2 hardboiled eggs and a fruit shake
- Dinner: chicken breast with sweet potatoes and green beans

- Snack: leftover eggs with mayo, and smoked almonds
Thursday, July 17
- Breakfast: 1.5 chia puddings
- Lunch: 4 cucumber tuna boats

- Dinner: chicken breast, sweet potatoes and green beans
- Snack: 3 prunes, 1 handful of almonds, ghee coffee, 1 carrot and ½ pepper with cauliflower chummus
Friday, July 18
- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with tuna

- Lunch: Salad- chicken, potatoes, vegetables, spinach
- Shabbos Dinner: Salmon, Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice, Roasted Broccoli and cauliflower, Vegan (pareve) Cheesy Chicken, Lamb
- Snack: blueberries and almonds
Shabbos, July 19
- Breakfast: pashtida
- Lunch: salad, salmon, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, diabetic friendly chulent
- S’s: tuna salad, cut veg, cut fruit
Sunday, July 20
- Breakfast: Chia pudding
- Lunch: Leftover Chulent
- Dinner: Cilantro lime rice with beef patties and cherry tomatoes
