Here’s a peek at what I ate this week—simple, Clean eating, legume-free kosher meals that actually kept me full, happy, and balanced. I’m sharing it all in case you’re also looking for ideas that fit into a busy life, support blood sugar stability, and are kid-approved too. Whether you’re doing Whole30, eating clean, or just curious, I hope this helps you plan and get inspired!
Monday, June 30th
- Breakfast– can of tuna and 2 carrots

- Lunch– 3 eggs and cucumber salad with sauerkraut and seed crackers

- Dinner– chicken salad

Tuesday, July 1st
- Breakfast– Green Goodness Eggs

- Lunch– Lemon Pepper Tuna with green beans

- Dinner– Veggie potato soup with chicken

Wednesday, July 2nd
- Breakfast– 3 eggs cut veg

- Lunch– celery and grape chicken salad with cut veg

- Dinner– wedding
Thursday, July3rd
- Breakfast– Roaring Red Eggs

- Lunch– 3 veggie turkey patties with a cucumber and carrot
( I ate in the car. sorry no picture!)
- Dinner-?
Friday, July 4th
- Breakfast– cabbage scrambled eggs with cut tomato

- Lunch-cabbage scrambled eggs with sauerkraut
- Shabbos Dinner– 1 slice whole grain sourdough bread, spiced salmon, sinta, cauliflower rice, and broccoli
Shabbos, July 5th
- Breakfast– Veggie Pashtida, banana chia pudding
- Lunch– 1 slice whole grain sourdough bread, a piece of salmon, diabetes friendly chulent with cauliflower rice. charoset cookie for dessert.
- Dinner– Salmon and salad
Sunday, July 6th
- Breakfast– Banana Chia Pudding, Broccoli eggs


- Lunch– Salmon and salad

- Dinner– Root Vegetable Chulent

That’s a wrap on this week! Some meals were planned, others were spontaneous, but overall, I’m proud of keeping things Whole30-friendly, balanced, and mostly home-cooked—even with a wedding and Shabbat in the mix.
